Replacing a paid guest management system, Addy is both a staff and client facing web and iPad app. Staff at the Rathbun hospitality house use Addy to manage guest check-in and check-out, generate reports, create invoices and communicate with staff. The iPad app confirms guest information and collects guest pictures and signatures at check-in. Guests also use the app during their stay to receive messages and indicate whether they are on or offsite. Addy's simplified data model honors the functionality of the original system, and launched with all the data from the original system intact.
